Investment Strategy

Generally, the Fund may buy assets in the spot or future market and may invest both short and long in any asset. The Fund will invest in assets that are not denominated in U.S. Dollars and, therefore, investments will be subject to foreign exchange risks. The Fund may invest in securities that are traded in official exchanges (public markets), securities traded over-the-counter and in private securities or transactions. The Fund is designed to provide sophisticated investors with the opportunity to invest in these markets through a professionally managed investment vehicle.
